Do You Have to Go Through Us?

How Long Do You Have to Make a Claim?

Under Australian and New Zealand law, consumer guarantees aren't limited by a set time period. The length of coverage depends on factors like the type of product and its price.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Usually, you'll be responsible for covering the cost of returning the product to us. However, if you bought it online and it has a major fault, we'll take care of the return shipping costs.
