Warranty

Outback Depot provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on all Roof Top Tents we sell. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

What's Covered:

The Roof Top Tent only - Defects in design or manufacturing that prevent the Roof Top Tent from functioning as described in our official advertising or literature.
We will repair or replace the defective parts at our discretion.

What's Not Covered:

• Accessories: Damage to any accessories, including the ladder, roof rack, LED light, mattress, and USB/Type C/cigar lighter adapter.
• Canvas: The canvas is delivered new and in good condition with no tears. Any damage caused by cigarettes, tears, etc., is not covered.
• Zipper: Damage to the zipper. Take care to keep items clear of the zipper when closing to avoid damage.
• Improper Use: Damage caused by misuse, incorrect operation, overloading, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• Faulty Installation: Damage resulting from incorrect installation or modifications made during installation.
• Environmental Factors: Damage caused by mold, insects, animals, or adverse weather conditions.
• Transportation Costs: Costs related to the removal, reinstallation, transportation, or shipping of the product. You are responsible for delivering and picking up the product for warranty service.
• Consequential Damages: Costs, losses, or charges arising from the product's failure to operate.
